AP was defrauded by the dealership on 7/15 so there was no game. The 7/16 game was a 3-player affair in which Bill was pathetic, while AP and Crispy were competing for the win.
Bill started buying soldiers, since he was pretty much out of the game. At one point, after Crispy passed the dice, Bill robbed him out of frustration. As soon as the dice were passed, Bill flipped the soldier and simply took the top card from Crispy's pile. Crispy became angry and accused Bill of cheating, which Bill denied (saying he didn't know what card it was anyway). Crispy stated "fine, just cheat!" a number of times, and then the game continued.
Crispy wound up winning the game, despite the questionable play. Later, he called Bill a liar, due to a misunderstanding with Zalman. Bill (the cheater and liar) blew the game.
